At INC Architecture & Design, sustainability is embedded in our design thinking from concept through completion. We view environmental responsibility not as a constraint, but as an opportunity to create architecture that is intelligent, enduring, and forward-looking.

Our recent carbon assessment in partnership with Greenly reflects our commitment to understanding and actively reducing our footprint through measurable, actionable strategies. We have formalized this commitment by certifying our target to achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050 through the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), aligning our goals with the latest climate science and global best practices.

As part of this pledge, INC Architecture & Design commits to reduce absolute Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 42% by 2030 from a 2024 base year, and to measure and actively reduce our Scope 3 emissions. Across our projects, we prioritize low-impact materials, energy-efficient systems, adaptive reuse, and thoughtful detailing that extends the lifecycle of buildings and interiors.

Just as importantly, we foster a culture of awareness within our studio, empowering our team and collaborators to approach every decision with environmental accountability in mind. By aligning design excellence with climate responsibility, we aim to create spaces that are both culturally resonant and environmentally resilient.
