Adam Rolston

Creative & Managing Director, Partner

Adam has been engaged in the practice of architecture since 1985, was born and raised in Los Angeles and attended Syracuse University School of Architecture, where he studied both in Syracuse and in Italy under the influence of the northern Italian Rationalists. Adam has served as the Senior Designer and Project Architect for many large-scale, commercial office, residential condominium, private residential, hospitality, and retail projects in Southeast Asia, Europe and New York. He is known for his keen attention to detail, his ability to tackle the design and planning of complex projects at a variety of scales and for his careful attention to client and user needs. Adam is a registered architect in the State of New York, a member of the AIA New York chapter and the USGBC.

Drew Stuart

Field Director, Partner

Drew Stuart has been engaged in the practice of architecture since 2001. At University of Cincinnati School of Architecture, and in two sojourns to Europe, Drew developed a commitment to quality and craft. He joined Tsao & McKown Architects in 1999 where he worked for seven years. He also worked at Studios Architecture working on Master Planning for Bloomberg’s New York offices, the design of On Health Network’s office and Seven Worldwide. He also worked with Richard Henry Behr, supervising construction of the Center for Modern Psychoanalytic Studies in Greenwich Village. Drew has designed and executed private residential interiors, homes, and large and small residential condominium developments. He possesses a particular interest in the complexities of ushering a design from conception to realization while maintaining an appropriate balance between design and constructability.

Gabriel Benroth

Studio Director, Partner

Gabriel Benroth has been practicing architecture since 2002.He attended the University of Cincinnati School of Architecture and Interior Design, where he graduated magna cum laude with dual degrees in Architecture and Interior Design.

Gabriel joined Tsao & McKown Architects in 2000 and remained for six years. His work experience includes Gensler-DC; retail and campus planning for BAR in San Francisco and urban residential historic preservation for Drew Kartiganer in upstate New York. Gabriel’s primary focus is the intersection between architecture and interior design, which finds expression in projects ranging from custom furniture to private and boutique retail interiors to large luxury hospitality and commercial projects. His specialty in visualization and design is renowned in the industry. Allowing clients to understand a design with ease, his tools result in smoother collaboration, focused decision making, and efficient results.  

As Studio Director, Gabriel has expanded the traditional role by building new systems and adopting new technologies to model and integrate disparate business process by developing tools that capitalize on new open interfaces in software.

Hilary Kroll


Hilary Kroll is a licensed architect in New York State and has been practicing architecture in New York City since 2005. She attended the University of Cincinnati and graduated with a Master's degree and a B.S. in architecture. 

Starting her professional career at Tsao Design Group in San Fransisco and at Callison in Seattle, Hilary executed retail and corporate interiors before moving to New York City to work for Tsao & Mckown on high-end residential and retail projects. Since then, Hilary has been the project manager/ project architect for many high-end residential projects in New York at both Incorporated Architecture and Design and Steven Harris Architects , with projects ranging from townhouse and apartment renovations to ground up residential houses, luxury condos , and rental apartment. Hilary also oasts work experience in exhibit design, hospitality, and office interiors. 

Within the studio, she brings an interest in the process and work flow of design to optimize project delivery.  By acting as the liaison between the partners, clients, consultants, and the larger studio, she seamlessly manages information o keep projects progressing n time and to ensure design quality. She is unique in the industry in that she routinely executes projects as both the architect of record and as the design architect for total project coordination.


Louisa Brown


Louisa Brown has been involved in various aspects of the design world for the last 15 years. She earned an undergraduate degree in 2004 from Harvard University with a concentration in History of Art and Architecture. She then moved to Florence, Italy where she studied Interior Design at L'Accademia Italiana. Interested in attaining a professional degree in design, she returned to the US and attended Pratt Institute's Graduate School of Architecture in Brooklyn, where she earned her Master's degree in architecture.

Her past work experience includes retail design at Pompei AD in New York City and residential design at Maryann Thompson Architects in Cambridge. Louisa joined the Incorporated team in 2010. Since then she has helped develop the FF&E department. At Incorporated, she has been able to combine her love of all design facets, from art and architecture to interiors and decorating. Her passion is in the final layer of design and how those finishes and furniture can coordinate seamlessly with the broader design. Her strength is in understanding clients' needs and tastes and facilitating a design that caters to them. She modulates palettes and styles around the clients, even though deep down she may be ever tempted by large floral prints and vintage furniture from the disco era.  


Tyler Kleck


Tyler Kleck has been on the Incorporated team since 2007. Born and raised in northwest Ohio, Tyler attended the University of Cincinnati where he graduated with a Master's degree and a B.S. in architecture. He may have focused too heavily on intramural athletics. 

Tyler began his professional career at offices in Baltimore and San Diego, gaining experience in institutional and high-end, single-family residential work. From there he moved to Tsao & McKown in NYC, working on several condominiums and large apartment renovations, and gaining an appreciation for the office's high-end millwork and interior detailing.  Tyler has also spent time at Pompei A.D. in NYC, focusing on retail projects for Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie and The Art of Shaving as well as a number of other brands.

As an associate at INC, Tyler has designed and managed many projects ranging from high-end apartment and office renovations to ground-up condominium buildings. With an additional interest in graphic design, he has also helped develop many of the branding aspects on various commercial projects.  Perhaps born of his midwestern roots, Tyler takes pride in wearing as many hats as required to complete a project, no matter how small the task.

Michael Nartey

Architectural Designer

Moe Askarzadeh

Architectural Designer

Mohammad began the practice of Architecture in 2006 after he graduated from Azad Architecture School in Mashhad, Iran. In addition to his Bachelor degree, he has earned a Master in Landscape Architecture from Tehran University and a Master in Architecture from the University of Arizona.
Mohammad participated in a number of Residence and Commercial projects during his time in Iran. He was actively engaged in national and international Architectural seminars, workshops and competitions and worked on a number of award-winning Architectural projects.
Mohammad is a visual Artist and fulfills his passion for Architecture with the application of form and material to space. His work leverages the ethos and techniques of the computational design and algorithmic thinking in exploring the potential of interventions to reorient the perceptions of the design process.
He joined INC in 2013 where he practices both Hospitality and Residential projects. Aside from Architectural design and execution, he actively contributes to improving the methodology in which INC expresses its Design work and principles to the outside world.

Neil Shah

Architectural Designer

Since graduating from New Jersey Institute’s College of Architecture & Design, Neil has worked in multiple roles on a various project typologies. He uses this experience to help INC execute high end residential, commercial, fitness, and corporate projects. He is known for his ability to problem solve on the fly, software savviness, unforgiving standards of quality, and need for bespoke coffee and craft beer in the office.


Katerina Petrou

Architectural Designer

Katerina grew up in Athens, Greece and received her undergraduate degree in Architecture from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2010. Upon completion of her undergraduate studies, she moved to the United States in 2011 where she obtained her Masters of Science in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University. She is a registered architect in Greece. Prior to joining INC in 2015, Katerina gained experience at a civil engineering firm and a lighting design firm, giving her a wide perspective on the industry. She is currently working on hospitality projects as an Intermediate Architect at INC. Both her work and life portfolios are built based on different inspirations while traveling and involvement in new experiences. Katerina’s keys for survival are sun absorption and sea salt indulgence.  


Stephen Christy

Architectural Designer

Stephen studied at The Ohio State University where he received his Bachelors of Science in Architecture and later continued his studies at the University of Pennsylvania where he received his Master of Architecture with advanced standing. During his time at both institutions he has studied around the world in places such as Shanghai, London, Greece, and Italy. He has worked as an architectural designer on a range of project types from corporate, education, healthcare, commercial, and residential. He has a passion for sophisticated detailed design and enjoys challenging preexisting norms in his work. He is currently pursuing his architectural license.



Andy Pittman

Architectural Designer

Andy attended the University of Tennessee’s architecture program, as well as a semester abroad in Copenhagen, which formed his interest in contemporary architecture and its relationship within the existing urban fabric. After graduating in 2011, he moved to Atlanta to begin his professional career. During his 4-year stint in the capital of the South, Andy gained a focused experience in ground-up multifamily residential projects, specifically occupying urban infill sites. He learned a holistic foundation of bringing projects to fruition, from initial concepts and site planning, to creating construction documents and details, and overseeing construction through completion. After moving to New York in 2015, he continued growing his experience with more ground-up multifamily projects, and expanded his knowledge of exterior detailing to include interior details and design. In addition to his focus, Andy has experience in multiple project types, including mixed use, higher education, corporate office, adaptive reuse, and historic preservation. Outside of his professional career, he enjoys spending his free time exploring the great outdoors through hiking, camping, and biking.


Chloe Bennett

Architectural Designer

Chloe is an architectural designer from Houston, Texas with experience in residential, educational, commercial office and hospitality design. She earned her Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University and her Master of Architecture from the University of Cincinnati, where her research focused on context driven design through the lens of phenomenology.


Kayode Grimes

Architectural Designer

Kayode Grimes was born and raised in the island of Barbados. He joined INC after earning a Bachelor of Architecture at the Fay Jones School of Architecture and Design Fayetteville Arkansas. Whilst there he was heavily inspired by the details and craftsmanship of E Fay Jones’ mid-century houses.  In academia, he was the recipient of design competition awards and travel scholarships affording opportunities to travel to Italy, taking part in the design studios at the University of Arkansas’ Rome Center. He enjoys the production of physical models and uses them as a tool to document his design thinking.


Carolyn Woods

Architectural Designer

Carolyn Woods began her career in architecture in San Diego while working at a studio promoting the integration of architecture, science, education, and design. After graduating from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Business Administration, she headed to Clemson University for her Master of Architecture. During her graduate studies, she had the opportunity to study under Spanish and Italian architects while living in Barcelona in Spain, bringing a new perspective to her designs. She has worked on a range of project types, including high end resorts in China, while at a hospitality firm in Hawaii, as well as cultural projects in the United States, including galleries, performing arts centers and theatres, while at her previous firm in New York City. She brought these skills to INC where she has been focusing on high end residential condo projects in the city. She is a LEED Green Associate as well as an AIA Associate, on the path to licensure.


Yin Au


Although Yin is a New Yorker, she was born and raised in Hong Kong.  Upon finishing high school in her native country, she decided to expand her horizons and continue her higher education on the opposite side of the globe. She is a 2008 Pratt Institute Alumna and has been practicing Architecture thereafter. Prior to joining INC in 2017, she was trained with one of the top 10 High-End Residential Architect in Westchester New York for 7 years starting right after the completion of her education.  Yin is excited to be part of the INC team and works to continuously refine her Art and craft in building construction.


Sejung Kim

Architectural Designer

Sejung was born in South Korea. She graduated Pratt Institute of Architecture and has been working in small and medium sized architecture offices in New York since then. She is experienced at residential projects from affordable to high-end, and she has a good knowledge on NYC building code. Her biggest interest at work is fluency of communication since architecture is a collaboration of ideas, culture, professionals and infinity. In terms of architectural design, Sejung is intrigued by a reversal or unexpected moment of experience through space, and she believes series of moments can evolve into a great story, and architecture.


Aaron White


Aaron Mckenzie White is a skilled designer with extensive experience in high end residential and luxury retail design. Born and reared in North Carolina, Aaron began his studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he completed degrees in Political Science and Business Administration. While there he also studied at Paris-Sorbonne University. He later went on to attain his MFA from New York School of Interior Design where he also studied design in Austria and the Czech Republic. He worked for noted design firms MR Architecture + Décor and Drake Design Associates before joining INC.


Megan McGing


Megan McGing is an Interior Designer with additional interests in furniture and graphic design. Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, she received her MFA in Interior Design from the New York School of Interior Design. Megan has worked on various project types including hospitality, corporate, and residential. Hotel projects are her main focus and she especially appreciates those with an inclusion of local artisans. Immersing herself in the search for local designers and craftsmen/women to fit within the design narrative is a welcome challenge for every project.


Riley Miller


Riley obtained a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Interior Design from a small nonprofit design school in Nashville, Tennessee. She has been a part of the INC team since the winter of 2014, after a year in a small studio working on nightclubs, lounges, restaurants, and bars. Riley is passionate about the lifestyle of hospitality design and food and beverage industry, and works on the hospitality projects at INC.

Anthony Leal


Anthony is a graduate from the New York School of Interior Design where he received his BFA. It was here were he discovered his passion for textiles and design, which eventually led him to intern and work in the textile industry. Shortly after, Anthony bridged the gap of interior and event design his senior year, where he was a full time event designer for a top NYC Event Production firm. It was here where he worked on designing high-end events in NYC to Europe to the Caribbean. while completing his senior thesis: A Textile Innovation Center. Shortly after graduating, he came to INC with a multi-disciplinary perspective to design.


Sally Gibson


Sally’s career began in the tech industry in Silicon Valley in the 1970s. When her husband started his own tech startup in 1987, he said he wouldn’t trust his accounting to anyone but Sally. Thus began her accounting career. Since then, she has worked in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, software development, baseball, hospitality, performing arts, and non-profit environmental groups. Since moving to New York City in 2004, her focus on architecture accounting has increased and the combination of high tech background and accounting knowledge has enabled her to provide extra value.  She has been with INC since the start of time.


Stephanie Lim


Stephanie graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2015 with a Bachelors of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. Additionally, she completed a semester abroad in Milan, Italy where she learned to appreciate all aspects of business and design from an international perspective. She started in the A/E/C industry as a marketing intern for Ennead Architects. After graduation, Stephanie moved to New York and, prior to joining the INC team, continued building upon her experience as part of the marketing group at an acoustics and technology engineering firm. Outside of her career, she likes to travel and experience new cultures and places.


Alliyah Wheaton


Alliyah graduated the School of Visual Arts, in New York City with an Honors Bachelor of Fine Art Photography & Video degree, and she has attended École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts de Paris. Her global experience has honed her attention to space & people within a space, which is translated throughout her images as well as in the workplace.
