Club with Kid Gloves

Serhant House is real estate broker and television personality Ryan Serhant’s new office space in the heart of SoHo. INC designed a space that captures Ryan’s spirit and personal taste while taking a residential approach, creating an environment where brokers and homeowners alike will feel at home. Serhant House is part clubhouse, part living loft, and part creative studio. The design sought to create a contrasting yet unified experience through a dark to light palette with a playful but refined aesthetic. INC drew inspiration from elevated Victorian clubhouses, highlighting sophistication with rich leathers and cool tones. In the same breath, inspiration was also drawn from the neighborhood in which Serhant House is situated. The goal was to pay homage to SoHo’s historically thriving art gallery scene by incorporating bold colors and sculptural furniture. Together this palette creates a space that is young, sophisticated, creative, but restrained. The design intends to bring elements of contrast and to create a unique experience for each moment inside the space. Whether a broker is hosting a client meeting or the creative team is filming in the studio - Serhant House is playful and dynamic, alluding to the overall brand to create a holistic design experience.
