CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

To cancel a recent order please contact our concierge via phone (212) 673-1695 or email shop@incorporatedny.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As such, we are unable to cancel or change requests after 24 hours.

LEAD TIME

All of our furniture is made to order and requires at minimum an eight to sixteen week lead time.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

SALES TAX Sales Tax is collected only in states where we have a physical presence. Currently this only includes New York. Shipments within the greater New York City area are subject to state, local and district sales tax. Shipments outside New York City but within New York are subject to the state sales tax rate only.

INC Shop takes the privacy of our customers very seriously. We value our customers and respect your privacy. Our email newsletter is used to communicate new product availability, store events, promotions , etc. If a user requests to receive our email newsletters, they need to provide a valid e-mail address. Real names need not be used to request newsletters.

Purchasing Products

When purchasing INC products, we may ask you to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, shipping/billing address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, etc. We also maintain a record of your online product purchases. Whether or not to provide such information is completely your own choice. But if you choose not to provide the information we request, you may be unable to purchase products, or access certain services, offers and content on our web site as a guest.

Opting Out

We want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. If you prefer not to receive information from us please let us know by sending your written request via email to info@incorporatedny.com, or via postal mail to INC Shop, 9 E 19th St, 9th Floor, New York, NY 10003. You may also contact us at (917) 673-1695. Please provide your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number when making this request. Include your email address, full name, and specifically what information you do not want to receive. Please note that it may take up to two weeks for your request to become effective.
